good space functional amenities excellent comfort easy access
The room offered good space and it featured functional amenities. I appreciated the quiet environment of the room. The bed provided excellent comfort. I slept well. The location allowed easy access to various points of interest.
The bathroom felt a little small. The shower was somewhat difficult to use, though functional.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness, particularly with luggage assistance upon arrival. When I requested assistance, it was delivered promptly. The concierge was helpful and provided directions.

The hotel benefits from being in the city center, though the parking was expensive. The waterfront and the art gallery were easily accessible! though I didn't go. The position made it easy to walk to nearby shops.

designer shops personalized concierge thoughtful staff good bonus
I loved the designer shops like gucci and dior located inside the hotel! it was super convenient that the staff assisted with printing my boarding passes and provided area maps. That really helped me get around. yuki fournier were really nice when my son was sick, getting him chicken noodle soup. That was so thoughtful. the spa on the lower level was a good bonus for relaxation.
The tv was huge but super slow. Changing channels took a second to buffer.

The notch 8 restaurant was available. It provided great food! breakfast and evening appetizers were also accessible in the gold floor lounge. I found so many tasty things there.

This hotel is in a great location. It is a short walk to canada place. robson street is nearby, and the vancouver art gallery is just across the street. Everything is super close.

The location was great. It was easy to walk to many attractions.
My Beautiful Room King Bed seemed outdated. The bathroom was quite small. I had trouble adjusting the shower temperature. It fluctuated a lot, causing discomfort. Service was slow too. I requested extra towels, waited over an hour, and eventually had to call again.
